Hi, I would like to ask questions about eFOI platform.

I have made two requests (#DILG-589938736427, #DILG-177724481740). It's been 23 days and 29 days since I made them, respectively. However, the agency does not even receive my request. You articulated how to appeal when my requests are rejected. But my requests are simply not received for a long time. What is an appropriate procedure to make my requests work in this case?

Relatedly, my requests are tagged with red flags on my dashboard. What is the meaning of the symbol?
