Good day po.

I am IVY JOY SENTE, 29 years old with 2 kids ages 7 years old and 4 years old. I would like to ask for medical assistance for my open heart surgery for valve replacement. I am a rheumatic heart disease patient, and requires to undergo an operation. I badly needed a huge amount for me my operation to push through. Gusto ko pa po makasama ng mataas na panahon ang mga anak ko lalo na at maliliit pa po sila. Ang asawa ko lang po ang may trabaho at bumubuhay sa aming mag iina. Sana po mapansin at mabigyan ng pagkakataon na matulungan ako para makasama pa ang aking mga anak. Salamat po

You asked for MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR VALVE REPLACEMENT OPERATION.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office (PCOO) does not have the information you have requested. However, resubmit your request addressed to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=PCSO

The PCSO Medical Assistance Program covers financial assistance for hospital confinement, chemotherapy, and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. 

For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through an online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to <www.pcso.gov.ph>, find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.  

For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. 

For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
