Hi, I would like to request for FOI statistics from November 2016 up to December 2021.

In particular, I would like to request for the following fields to be included:
1. Date Created
2. Agency Requested
3. Affiliation of Requester (CSO/NGO, Academe, Government, Media, etc)
3. Title of Request
4. Purpose
5. Outcome
6. Reason for Denial (if denied)

Also, may I ask if there is a consolidated FOI Registry? Is it possible to request for that as well?
