Hi!

I would like get the official English version of SONA made by President Ramos, Erap, Arroyo, Aquino III, and Duterte.

I tried to look into official gazette but unfortunately I was not able to get the latest speeches of PDuterte as well as the official English version of PErap and PNoy.
