I am desperately asking for help to an update and follow-up of my cash assistance which I filed last October2021with reference no. 2021-40119D4-24992. I got positive of COVID19 twice, and this cash assistance is on my first case. I badly need this assistance for until now, I am suffering from Post-COVID syndrome. A spinal disc was developed and I have been suffering from pain everyday. I have different kinds of medicines to take and I need to undergo an operation for this. Please help me Sir/Ma'am. I am undergoing a rehab under Dr. Filipinas Ganchoon of The Doctor's Hospital, Bacolod
