Good day! I would like to know and confirm that President Duterte memo or directive to TransCo (if there is) that he wants owner of lot where the electric tower was erected in 1970 to present be given an insentive or sort of award for using the space of land for free. For context, TransCo people came to get documents and we have spent P 20,000.00 for technical survey fees and other expenses to get these documents. The question is how true? President Duterte will step down as president on June 30. What will happen to us? We have spent P 20,000.00 for nothing. I appreciate your quick response.
