magandang araw ako po si Maria Angelie Dela Rosa single parent sa aking dalawang anak, ako ay kumakatok sa inyong mabubuting puso na makahinge ng tulong para sa patuloy na gamutan ng aking anak autistic at lumalaban sa sakit ng Leukemia relapse po siya umakyat sa ulo at naapektuhan ang kanyang kaliwang mata marami pong procedures at Chemotherapy session ang kailangan pagdaanan, ako po ay walang trabaho gawa ng pandemiya kaya't lumalapit sa inyo para magsumamo na inyong matulungan ako po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat at umaasa maraming salamat po

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Medical Social Service where your child is currently admitted/treated to assist and guide you on your request.
