We the students of the Philippine Christian University (PCU) studying Public Administration would like to request for the following documents for our Feasibility Study on the Proposed Convenient Store within the PCMC Compound, to wit:
1. PCMC Land Development Plan
2. Proposed/Suggested Location of store
3. Floor Plans of Main Building 
4. Floor Plans of the Under Construction Annexes Buildings 
5. Total no. of employees (regular,contractual, job orders and etc.)
6. No. of patients and visitor per month
7. Projected no. of additional employees for the under constructed buildings.
