Respected Maam/Sir,

Greetings in Christ!
I am writing this request in behalf of my Father who is a dialysis patient since March 2021. 

He was advise for a dialysis session 2x a week which would cost us around 4k per session. Also taking medicines, whom we staggardly  bought weekly in pieces since we cannot afford to buy at once. In a week we spend more or less 10k including fare to and from the house and a budget meal for mama and papa. 

With this, I am Humbly knocking your kind heart to help us please. Any amount is of great help to oir family, for you extend our years with papa longer. TY
