Your Request

You asked for Number of Lotto outlets in Sta. Cruz, Marinduque.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. We are happy of your interest to become a lotto agent of PCSO. As of date, we have four (4) PCSO authorized Lotto Agents/Outlets in Sta. Cruz, Marinduque. Due to data privacy, we cannot provide the names and other information of the agents in the area. We are attaching the Lotto Application Form in case you would want to pursue being a lotto agent. You may submit the form together with the documentary requirements at our PCSO Marinduque Branch Office located at, New Adm.Bldg.Capitol Compound. Brgy. Santol , Boac Marinduque.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Office of the General Manager at ogm@pcso.gov.ph . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
