Our father (85-y-old) from Zamboanga City, is in need of an eye surgery. One eye is blind, the other is partial. He has seen 2 eye doctors and they gave the price for surgery for one eye. One quoted 38K while the other quoted 37K, doctor's fee, hospital and anesthesia. 
  Our Papang for several years before he retired sold PCSO sweepstakes tickets and had done this since I was a little girl. So I am hoping that the company who helped him earn his living to support us would also be able to help him now. Thanks for your help, concerned daughter.
