HI! I would like to request for information regarding,

1. The registered owner of the lotto outlet situated near 1038 A. Mabini Street, Maypajo, Caloocan City is under my husband's name, ARCHIE T. AGUINALDO.

2. I would like to request information if he is one of the owner/s if in case the said lotto outlet is registered as a partnership.

I believe that any business listed under my husband's name is a conjugal property that falls under my legal rights. 

Please help me with this.

Dear Ms. Aguinaldo:

This refers to your request for the information on the owner of the lotto outlet at the Barangay 33 Zone 3 Caloocan City “Kabagis Station”. 

As per Item No. 4 of the Exceptions to Right to Access Information of the Memorandum Circular 89 s. 2021 on the Updating the Inventory of Exceptions to the Right to Access of Information under Executive Order (EO) No. 02, Series 2016 states the following: 

“Information deemed confidential for the protection of the privacy of persons and certain individuals such as minors, victims of crimes, or the as accused.

Hence, the requested information on the owner of the lotto outlet at the Barangay 33 Zone 3 Caloocan City “ Kabagis Station” is under the Exceptions to Right to Access Information.

Is this request offensive?
