Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 12, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Blanket Request of Requirements for Architectural Thesis.

Response to your request

Please be informed on the following requirements based on Section 4 (1.2) of the PCSO People’s Freedom of Information (FOI) Manual for the request of information:

●	The request must be in writing
●	The request shall state the name and contact 
        information of the requesting party, as well as provide 
        valid proof of identification or authorization; and
●	The request shall reasonably describe the information 
       requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the 
       request for information. 
●	The request can be made through email, provided 
        that the requesting party shall attach in the email a 
        scanned copy of the FOI application request, and a 
      copy of duly recognized government ID with photo. 

Further, Section 4 (1.3) of the same PCSO People’s FOI Manual, stated the following: 

	“The purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as “for information,” “for research,” “for legal purpose,” or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity. Failure to specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the FOI request.”

Pursuant to Section 4 (1.2 and 1.3) of the PCSO People’s FOI Manual, kindly provide us the following:

1.	Valid proof of identification
2.  Name and Contact Number
3.	Complete description of the requested information (Ex. Year of requested documents)
4.	Purpose of request for information

As you mentioned that you just only borrow the eFOI account of your relative. Kindly  create your own account  to request for information.  


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to ogm@pcso.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
