Hi. I am the legal officer of a GOCC in a similar situation as PCSO, at least with regard to the nature of the case filed against us by TMA Australia. I am requesting for the pleadings filed by PCSO for the above-mentioned case so that I may be enlightened to the defenses raised by PCSO against TMA.
