This has reference to your letter received by our office through the Electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) Portal, requesting the following:

1.	PCUP data of urban poor families in Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte; and
2.	What are the benefits.

Relative to this, may we inform you that based on the review and assessment conducted by the Freedom and Information (FOI) Officers, the said request has been DENIED on the basis that the request is not for public information/document that is covered by Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016. 

Further, the request has no reason for, nor purpose of, the request for information which is specified in the updated PCUP Freedom of Information (FOI) People’s Manual.

	Section 6, subsection 1.1 of the updated PCUP FOI People’s Manual provides 	that 	“(t) the request shall reasonably describe the information requested, 	and reason for, or purpose of, the request for information.”
