4. Number of Urban Poor living in Metro Manila.

Dear Citizen,

This has reference to your letter received by our office through Electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) Portal, requesting a financial aid for a COVID-19 positive individual.

1.	Statistics of the Urban Poor in Metro Manila.
2.	Housing projects built within Metro Manila.
3.	Housing projects granted to the urban poor that lives in Metro Manila. 
4.	Number of Urban Poor living in Metro Manila.

Relative to this, may we inform you that based on the review and assessment conducted by the Freedom of Information (FOI) Officers, the said request has been DENIED on the basis that the request is not within the custody of the Commission. 

Further, may we recommend that the request be directed to the appropriate National Government Agency specifically the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Local Government Unit which has the custody of data on housing projects and population of the Philippines.
