Magandang araw po Mam/Sir, ako po ang ina ng PDL na si SANDY PADAYAO (D221P-0705).  Based po sa nakuha naming impormasyon, noon daw pong August 11 ay nakapadala na daw ng endorsement ang Board of Pardons and Parole sa inyong opisina para sa hinihingi nilang comment at recommendation para sa aming PDL na kasalukuyang nakakulong ngayon sa DAPECOL. Sana maibigay na po ang dokumentong ito doon sa BPP upang ma-aprobahan na ang kanyang parole. Maraming salamat po. Maghihintay na po kami sa tugon niyo.
