I would like to request for a copy of your Detention Facility Manual for a research that I am doing on Women in Conflict with the Law. I will appreciate if you can approve this request, as we have tried securing an interview with PDI but was never granted one.

Please be informed that the PDEA Detention Facility Manual is only intended to guide drug law enforcers of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and its supporting law enforcement units in the conduct of anti-illegal drug operations. 

"The PDEA Detention Facility Manual encompasses the basic rules and procedures every PDEA custodial officer must know and understand with regard to humane safekeeping, security and control of individuals who were arrested and temporarily held at our detention facilities for drug-related offenses..."
