Good day!

I am Donita Reyes, currently a fourth year BS in Petroleum Engineering at Batangas State University. I am conducting an undergraduate thesis that needs chemicals including acetic anhydride, toluene, and perchloric acid. We found out that we need the PDEA permit to purchase these chemicals and to proceed our study. I hope you will be able to assist us in this situation. 

It would be really helpful if you can respond to my request on an urgent basis. Thank you!
