Greetings, i would like to clarify my name if i am one of the personalities listed under the PDEA watched personnels, because i received strange messages (but i've already deleted the text messages) on my phone saying that i am under surveillance of that said agency. I need assurance and proof because i don't anxiously want to engage in any trouble. Thank you and hoping for your immediate response.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that this Agency cannot provide such information or any document relative to the Agency's records considering that it is "classified" and the disclosure is subject to reasonable conditions.

In addition, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 78: "SECURITY OF CLASSIFIED MATTER IN GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND INSTRUMENTALITIES" for safeguarding official matters affecting national security, to be enforced and observed in all departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the government in all national, provincial, municipal and city levels.

Further, please be informed that this Agency will never inform anyone that he/she is under surveillance. Surveillance activities are conducted discreetly and we maintain its confidentiality.
