October 28, 2021 Dear Abdiel Tabuzo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2021 01:00:57 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Co-chairperson Report (with the Vice President). Response to your request The Plans and Operations Service of PDEA , being the Secretariat of the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) cannot furnish any documents pertaining to the request on the Co-Chairperson Report (with the Vice President) for confidentiality purposes. The ICAD has no authority to distribute the unpublished report made by the Vice President herself. Further, the ICAD can only provide the timeline during the time of Vice President as ICAD Co-Chair of ICAD accomplishment reports related to the anti-illegal drug campaign in lieu of the requested information from the unknown requesting party.
