Hi PDIC,

I would like to know the status and the process on how we can get release of real estate mortgage because the bank were we got loans are already closed.

there are 2 memos of encumbrances
1st. under Rural Bank of Dasmarinas (closed bank) PE number 63279 date of instrument Nov 18, 1969 date inscription Nov 19, 1989 in the amount of P2,000.00

2nd under Rural Bank of Dasmarinas PE number 1356.76 date of instrument Mar 22, 1973 in the amount of P3,000
