Hello I would like to complaint about the gcash not refunding my hard earned money. What happened is that I accidentally typed a single digit error the supposedly transfer to my account it was a bank transfer(BDO to Gcash). The account I accidentally transferred to was a non-existent account and not an active account but they refused to refund me the 10,000 pesos. I have submitted them all the documents needed. They kept sending me a reply that it is irreversible. I had contacted both parties the moment the transaction happened. It has been 23 days since then I kept contacting them.
