Good day!
The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) - Property Management Division (PMD) is presently conducting a study on the policies/guidelines of Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) of its disposal of movable assets, such as desktops/laptops, mobile phones, chairs, tables, etc. As such, we wish to know if the PDIC allows in its disposal policy the sale of movable assets to its employees.
In relation to the above-mentioned query, may we request for a copy of PDIC' Policy on Disposal for our reference.

This is about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for PDIC's Policy on Disposal of Movable Properties.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we be advised if you are referring to the disposal of the movable properties owned by PDIC or to those owned by closed banks under PDIC jurisdiction. Kindly note that we have separate policy in the disposal of movable properties of PDIC and of closed banks under PDIC.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 28, 2022 03:55:25 AM, your request will be closed.
