In the link provided, you will find the list of banks placed under PDIC Receivership. Bank No. 21 from the said list is the Bank of East Asia [Banco Rural de Bisayas (Minglanilla, Cebu)], Inc. which was placed under PDIC Receivership per Monetary Board Resolution No. 1647 dated 12 December 2008.
