Would like to follow up the cancellation request of mortgage for CRESENCIA LAWIS TOLENTINO thru Homeowners Savings Loan Association of Antipolo. 

This request was made by sister in law last Sept 21, 2022 and currently no update given to her.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we would like to notify you that your request is not covered by the PDIC FOI Manual because processing of request for cancellation of mortgage with closed banks is among the regular services being provided by our office to its customers. Nevertheless, we have relayed your follow-up request to the concerned unit for their information and appropriate action. 

For the purpose of our monitoring of requests for information, this request shall be recorded as denied for the reason cited above.

Dear Ms. Joan, 

Thank you for your immediate reply about our concern. 

May I ask from where Department can we ask  assistance about it? As per RD in Rizal, will ask PDIC for a copy of the cancellation of mortgage. Please see screenshot  of the form and message from PDIC messenger for your reference. My sister in law applied or submitted our request last Sept 2022 and until now, we didn't receive info until now. 

Hoping for your assistance on this.
