Dear PDIC,

I recently bought a portion of the land covered by TCT 114095. I am now in possession of the Co-owner's Copy of the Title however, ROD Lingayen is also requesting for the Owner's Duplicate Copy of the Title currently in possession of PDIC. They are requesting both TCT copies for their annotation to record my purchase of the portion of the land.
