I would like to follow up my request CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE for bank requirement. Below are some other information that will help to fast tract my request:

1. What is the purpose for the AMLC Certificate of Registration (e.g. for opening of account, transacting funds, etc.)?
ANSWER: OPENING OF ACCOUNT
2. Are you transacting for personal reasons or on behalf of the business?

You asked for CERTIFICATE OF COMLIANCE FOR OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT.

Response to your request

Please be informed that the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation PDIC is a government instrumentality created by Republic Act 3591, as amended, to insure the deposits of all banks. PDIC exists to protect depositors by providing deposit insurance coverage for the depositing public and help promote financial stability.

While our main function is to provide deposit insurance coverage to depositors of PDIC member banks, we do not issue any kind of certification in relation to the opening of a deposit account with any bank. 

We checked with our Public Assistance Department and found no record of any query/request coming from you. 

Foregoing considered, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret that we are not in the position to grant you a Certificate of Compliance in relation to your opening of a bank account.
