Hi, how can I cancel the loan mortgage appear on my parents tax declaration? The loan was in Rural Bank of Toledo City Cebu, that was closed a very long time ago. Need to transfer the title to us heirs. Please help. Willing to pay whats needed. Thank you.

You asked regarding cancellation of mortgage with the closed Rural Bank of Toledo City, Inc. annotated on your parent's tax declaration.

Response to your request

Please be informed that your request is not covered by the PDIC FOI Manual but is among the regular services being provided by PDIC to former clients of a closed bank. In this regard, to facilitate initial verification, we respectfully advise to send your inquiry along with a clear copy of the tax declaration subject of your request to our Public Assistance Department via email at pad@pdic.gov.ph. We also suggest submitting a clear copy of your valid identification card/paper and of your birth or marriage certificate.

May we also seek your help to improve our service delivery by answering the attached survey feedback. There is no right or wrong answer. We assure you that all information and answer to this survey will remain confidential.
