GCASH restrict my account

Requested from PDIC by S. Vasallo at 10:12 AM on Jan 29, 2024.
Purpose: retrieve my money
Date of Coverage: 01/24/2024 - 01/26/2024
Tracking no: #PDIC-824089082263

Vasallo 10:12 AM, Jan 29, 2024

Good day,

I would like to file a complaint for gcash. My Gcash account is used at the store to cash in and cash out. What happened was that someone reported to them that my number was used as a scam. We have all proof (screenshots) that there was a lapse on the part of the person who filed the complaint and that Gcash didn't seem to investigate before they blocked my account. The other party doesn't want to settle things up. The GCash itself is unresponsive to our raised concern, we’ve been making daily follow-ups and have had no response.
