1. Primary Entry No. 41927; File No. 10092-P; Real Estate Mortgage, otherwise known as Doc. No. 931; Page No. 88; Book No. LVIII; Series of 1997 of the notarial register of Atty.Paulino T. Chua, executed by the Spouses DANNY & ELIZABETH PEREZ in favor of the RURAL BANK OF ALEGRIA, INC.
2. Land title owned by Francisco Dizon with OCT 10092 which was pawned to Rural Bank of Alegria, Inc. 
3. Closure of the Rural Bank of Alegria, Inc.
4. Update on the Sheriff's Certificate of Sale of the land covered by this title.

Please be informed that the Rural Bank of Alegria merged with the Green Bank of CARAGA, Inc. on January 21, 2003 and then to East West Banking Corporation (EWBC) on July 31, 2014. EWBC can be reached at telephone number (02) 8575-3390.

Since the bank is not a closed bank, we regret that we cannot provide the information being requested. Instead, we suggest direct coordination with the East West Banking Corporation.
