Response to Request

Following is our response to your request for information relative to the Recruitment and Selection Process of our office:

It takes a minimum of 46 to a maximum of 83 Working Days for the Recruitment, Selection and Placement process which involves the following activities:

•	Sourcing of Applicants
•	Evaluation of Applicants’ Qualifications
•	Administration of pre-employment examination
•	Ranking of qualified applicants
•	Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) Assessment
•	Conduct of Background Investigation
•	Endorsement of qualified candidates to the Appropriate Approving Authority
•	Preparation of appointment paper of appointed candidate
•	Assumption to Duty of Chosen Candidate
