Hi, I would like to request for a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement on the Procedures for Applications for Mergers, Consolidations, and Acquisition of Banks signed between PDIC, BSP, etc. around November 2021 for a research proposal I’m doing on mergers and acquisitions.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you with requested document on its own since the MOA was executed jointly with other government agencies. You may also want to reach out with our partner agencies. You may also opt to wait for the issuance of the exposure draft of the Implementing Guidelines on MCA which is targeted to be released this March 2022.
