I hope this finds you well. I'm seeking clarity on my GCash account suspension, as the provided "security reasons" lack specificity. My funds remain inaccessible. I kindly request detailed reasoning and a clear path forward. Your prompt attention to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You asked for Request for Clarity: GCash Account Status.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information or extend necessary service whenever possible, in this instance our Office is not in the position to assist you.  

Please be informed that electronic money issuers such as GCash is not under the jurisdiction of PDIC. Further, your situation appears to be best attended by GCash itself as it concerns the services it is providing to its client. You may try posting or communicating your concern with the GCash Help Center.

Moreover, PDIC is a government instrumentality created in 1963 by Republic Act 3591, as amended, to insure the deposits of all banks. PDIC exists to protect depositors by providing deposit insurance coverage for the depositing public and help promote financial stability. 

May we also seek your help to improve our service delivery by answering the attached survey feedback. There is no right or wrong answer. We assure you that all information and answer to this survey will remain confidential.
