1. Master Plan for the creation of ALTAHUB Innovation Insitute in University of Perpetual Help System - Molino Campus
2. Idle Land or Vacant Land for construction of this Project
3. Allocated Budget/Fund for Construction
4. Number of students that could benefit to this project 
5. Project background and initial planning
