I would like to ask about any update or additional information regarding the QTISEZ. Specifically, I would like to ask if you have data regarding:

1) Geographic data - land area, geographic characteristics, proximity to water areas, proximity to other communities
2) Geographic map - showing the size of the area and proximity to water areas and the topography in the area
3) Expected land acquisition/rental costs
4) Economic benefits associated with the area
