This is in reference to your request for an Architectural plan and design guidelines for the Rehabilitation and Improvement of the Navotas Fish Port Complex with a tracking number: #PFDA-131451907377. 

While we aim to provide the necessary, if not all, the information requested, we regret to inform you that the implementation phase of the Rehabilitation and Improvement of Navotas Fish Port Complex is still ongoing, and the plans and guidelines are not yet final and complete. 

Consequently, we find it prudent that your request may be denied in due course, as it falls under the exceptions stated under Section 4 of Executive Order No.2, series of 2016, that it is still premature to disclose such information.
