I applied at the PRA on July 12th to downgrade my SRRV to tourist visa as I need my deposit for surgery. To date the PRA had only replied to my emails, phone calls with excuses. I need both my passport and deposit returned, but PRA will not give me a date.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, please be informed that in this instance, your request for assistance does not qualify as a valid request under Freedom of Information (FOI).

Nevertheless, we have already forwarded your concern to the appropriate division handling your request, and per verbal feedback from them, your request for retrieval of your passport and visa deposit is already being processed.
