Hi! I am Gian Carlo Cruz, a fifth year BS Architecture student from Far Eastern University, Manila and I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Number of elderly in CALABARZON
2. Number of elderly in Cavite.
3. List / Number of Public Care Facility for Elderly in Cavite and CALABARZON.

This request will be used in my Architectural Thesis this semester.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Philippine Statistics Authority - Censuses and Technical Coordination Office at j.cajita@psa.gov.ph who may be able to help you. 

Furthermore, please be informed that the Philippine Retirement Authority only caters to foreign retirees (foreign nationals and former Filipinos) who chose the Philippines as their retirement destination through our product, the Special Resident Retirees Visa (SRRV). This being the mandate, PRA has no data on our local retirees.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Department of Tourism Secretary, Ma. Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco and sent it through their email at osec@tourism.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
