You asked for the following:

Response to your request

Your FOI request is approved. The answer to your request is attached in another file, except for the following:

1.	Guidelines for Retirement Facilities

The requested information can not be provided due to the unclear parameters indicated in your request.

2.	Guidelines for Retirement Facility design

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you have requested.

      3.    Guidance for issuance of SRRV

Please refer to the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) Application procedure posted in the Authority’s Corporate Website. You may access it through this link https://pra.gov.ph/assets/citizen-charter/SRRV_Application.pdf .

Furthermore, statistics attached herewith is based on the date of coverage mentioned on your request, specifically, from 18 August 2021 – 14 September 2021 only.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Department of Tourism Secretary, Ma. Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco and sent it through their email at osec@tourism.gov.ph. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
