November 29, 2022 Dear Ryan Gelica Saban, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 05, 2019 10:26:50 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for the following: 1. The number of local retirees in Cavite per district from the year 2015 - 2019 2. The number of foreign retirees in Cavite per district from the year 2015 - 2019 3. The top 5 districts in Cavite that have the highest number of retirees. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you have requested, particularly per district. Furthermore, please be informed that the Philippine Retirement Authority only caters to foreign retirees (foreign nationals and former Filipinos) who chose the Philippines as their retirement destination through our product, the Special Resident Retirees Visa (SRRV). This being the mandate, PRA has no data on our local retirees. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Department of Tourism Secretary, Ma. Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco and sent it through their email at osec@tourism.gov.ph. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you. Respectfully, Ruzielle M.
