Dear Ms. Angelica,

Thank you for your interest in conducting a study involving the PMMA. However, the academy follows certain procedures on the conduct of research. In addition, the data you have asked for involved information which are in violation of the Data Privacy Act. Lastly, your request is quite vague as to what specific maritime program you want to concentrate.

Hence, may we request a formal letter of intent from you which shall include the objective and scope of your research. Kindly address your letter to our Head of Agency for approval. Kindly also include the specific data you want to ask and kindly consider those data which are in conformance with the requirements set forth in the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
