This is to respond to your request dated 02/22/2022 re: For appearance or proper location to conduct Proof of filiation required by the case which fall 9262.

Per school records, Mr. Jherome Ponce Marquez is a graduate of this institution for the year 2011. 

We regret to inform you that your request for Mr. Marquez' address is denied as it falls under 4(a) of the Memorandum from the Executive Secretary re: Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) dated 24 November 2016, to wit:

         a. Information of a personal nature where disclosure would 
             constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal 
             privacy, personal information or records, including
