Dear Sir/Mam, 
I am a foreigner in Tagum city, I purchased a lot in La Filipina by DALAND company last year October 2022. Company told me I can build home next month. It's been 7 months there is no site development, even no proper road access to reach lot. I am paying huge rent every month and because of false information by the DALAND developer, I am unable to build home on my lot. My money stuck to them. Kindly instruct the right authority to contact and raise complaint in Tagum city.
