I refer to my letter of Oct 18, 2023 08:28:11 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Interest payment on Tax-exempt Issuance of Bonds or other Securities.

Our response to your request is due on Nov 08, 2023 08:28:11 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request due to numerous activities/task our FOI Receiving Officer handled, and he already overlooked your request.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. as per our treasury department, we don't issue bond, but rather we invest in those bonds. In particular, it would be helpful to know What specific request did you want to know about, also we would like to clarify the purpose of this data needed.
