I would like to request for the copy of the Memorandum of Agreement signed by the PNOC, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, and the local governments of North Cotabato and Kidapawan City giving the province and the city direct lines from the Geothermal Powerplant 

The request is made in line with my research on Kidapawan history.
