I would like to request the list of brand names of vinegar that are creating synthetic acetic acid as a by product.

You asked for List of Synthetic Vinegar.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot release the same as the information requested is covered under Section B of Annex C ("List of Exceptions") under the PNRI FOI Manual.

That being said, the findings were already forwarded to the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Agriculture, both of whom have jurisdiction involving these matters. You may try to request this information from them.
