Hi! I'd like to get an information about this, as my wife has been discriminated by the guards, and staffs of this certain Agency. She was fat-shamed, and acted unprofessionally instead of escalating things in a professional way. Laughed at her despite asking nicely towards them. I'd like to file a report against their administration in order to avoid this from happening in the future again. Hopefully, you'll understand and help me out. Thank you!

I was thinking of bringing this up on Raffy Tulfo, as this is a global problem that should be addressed, and I wouldn't mind spending my time going through all the process. It'd be nice if you could give me a bit of information, or if there are some ways for me to do this without resorting for help from him.
