HI.. I WOULD LIKE TO FOLLOW UP MY COMPLAINT WITH POEA REGARDING MY GRATUITY THAT HASN'T BEEN GIVEN YET.  I WORKED AT AL KHABISI TRADING EST (OBAID KHAMIS MATAR AL KAABI, OWNER) IN AL AIN, ABU DHABI FROM JAN 9 2017 TO DEC 4 2020 AS AN ACCOUNTANT. WE WERE SENT HOME DEC 7 2020 AND ONLY TICKET AND SALARY WERE GIVEN TO US. WE CLOSED OUR SHOP DUE TO PANDEMIC BUT THE OWNER HAS PROMISED US THAT HE WILL GIVE OUR BENEFITS. HE IS A WEALTHY MAN. BUT UP TO THE DAY OF OUR FLIGHT HE DIDNT GIVE OUR GRATUITY.. I AM SUPPOSED TO USE IT FOR MY START WITH A SMALL BUSINESS HERE IN THE PHILS. PLEASE HELP ME.
