Hi! I would like to ask if I am qualified for Unemployment Benefit Claim, I recently worked as OFW- seafarer and my contract ended last October 27, 2022. I applied for this hoping to get some assistance since I couldn't join this February as I undergone Ectopic pregnancy. I'm residing here in Angono, Rizal. how could I get e-Certification of Involuntary Separation.
